Licence agreements

XACT OMXS30, XACT OMXSBand XACT OMXH25 are not in any way sponsored, endorsed, sold or promoted by OMX AB (publ) ("OMX") and OMX makes no warranty or representation whatsoever, express or implied, either as to the results to be obtained from the use of the OMXS30 index, the OMXSB index or OMXH25 index, and/or the figure at which the said VINX30 index stands at any particular time on any particular day or otherwise.

OMX shall not be liable (whether in negligence or otherwise) to any person for any errors in the OMXS30 index, the OMXSB index or OMXH25 index, nor is it obliged to announce or publicize any errors that may exist in these indexes. All rights to the trademarks OMX, OMXS30 index, OMXSB index and OMXH25 index are vested in OMX and are used under license from OMX.

XACT VINX30 is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, sold or promoted by OMX AB (publ) ("OMX") or Oslo Bxrs ASA ("OB") and OMX or OB makes no warranty or representation whatsoever, express or implied, either as to the results to be obtained from the use of the VINX30 index and/or the figure at which the said VINX30 index stands at any particular time on any particular day or otherwise. The VINX30 index is compiled and calculated solely by an index calculator on behalf of OMX and OB. However, neither OMX or OB nor the index calculator shall be liable (whether in negligence or otherwise) to any person for any error in the VINX30 index and neither OMX or OB nor the index calculator shall be under any obligation to advise any person of any error therein. All rights to the trademarks to VINX and VINX30 index are vested in OMX and in OB and are used under license from OMX or OB.

XACT Fonder AB has by agreement with FTSE International Limited ("FTSE") the right to use FTSE RAFI Eurozone Index ("the Index"). By the licence agreement XACT Fonder AB has committed itself to include the following text: XACT FTSE RAFI Fundamental Euro is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, sold or promoted by FTSE International Limited ("FTSE") or by the London Stock Exchange Plc (the "Exchange") or by The Financial Times Limited ("FT") or by Research Affiliates LLC ("RA") and neither FTSE nor Exchange nor FT nor RA makes any warranty or representation whatsoever, expressly or impliedly, either as to the results to be obtained from the use of the Index and or the figure at which the said Index stands at any particular time on any particular day or otherwise. The index is compiled and calculated by FTSE in conjunction with RA. However, neither FTSE nor Exchange nor FT nor RA shall be liable (wether in negligence or otherwise) to any person for any error in the Index and neither FTSE nor Exchange nor FT nor RA shall be under any obligation to advise any person of any error therein. FTSE® is a trade mark of the London Stock Exchange Plc and The Financial Times Limited and is used by FTSE International Limited under licence. "Research Affiliates", "RAFI" and "Fundamental Index" are trade marks of Research Affiliates LLC ("RA").

XACT OBX is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, sold or promoted by Oslo Børs ASA ("Oslo Børs") and Oslo Børs provides no warranty or representation, express or implicit, either as to the results to be obtained from the use of the Oslo Børs index, or as regards the value of the aforementioned indexes at any given time. Furthermore, Oslo Børs provides no warranty or representation for the trade or the usability for a specific purpose or application as regards the use of Oslo Børs indexes or Oslo Børs trademarks. Oslo Børs indexes are compiled and calculated by an index producer on behalf of Oslo Børs, and Oslo Børs provides no warranty or representation for the accuracy and/or completeness of Oslo Børs indexes or the data included in the indexes. Oslo Børs and the index provider shall not be liable (in negligence or otherwise) to any person for any errors in the Oslo Børs indexes, nor is it obliged to announce or publicize any errors that may exist in these indexes. All rights to the trademarks OMX OBX®, OSEBX®, OSEFX®, OSEAX® and GFBX® are owned by Oslo Børs and are used by Handelsbanken Fondforvaltning AS under license from Oslo Børs.
